Linda C. Mitchell and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Linda C. Mitchell, whose last known address was 25 3rd Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405, and who cannot be served, will take notice that on the 20th day of April, 2012, Plaintiff, Credigy Receivables Incorporated, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure on a Judgment Lien and other Equitable Relief in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 12CV 1174 against Linda C. Mitchell, et al and others as Defendants, alleging that, on or about March 11, 2003 Credigy Receivables, Inc. recovered judgment against Defendant, Linda C. Mitchell in the amount of $4,750.05, with interest thereafter at the rate of 10.000% from March 11, 2003; that the Judgment Lien has therefore become absolute.
Credigy Receivables, Inc. filed a Judgment Lien in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio on March 16, 2012, recorded as Certiicate No. 50 2012 JD 2354. At the time of filing Certificate of Judgment, Defendant Linda C. Mitchell, owned real property and by virtue of the Certificate of Judgment, Credigy Receivables has a valid lien on the Property in the amount of $4,750.05 with interest thereafter at the rate of 10.6% from March 11, 2003 on the following described premises:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Mahoning, and City of Campbell and known as being Lot Number Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-two (2,242) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 103, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the southeast line of Third Street and extends back on its northeast line One hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its southwest line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 25 3rd Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405.
And further alleging that the aforesaid Judgement Lien is a valid lien upon said premises after the lien of the Treasurer; that the Judgment Lien has become absolute and that Plaintiff is entitled, therefore, to have the Mortgage foreclosed, the premises sold, and the proceeds applied in payment of Plaintiff's claims; that the Defendants, Linda C. Mitchell and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Linda C. Mitchell, among others, may have or claim to have some interest in or lien upon said premises; that all of the Defendants are required to set forth any claim, lien or interest in or upon the premises that he, she, or it may have or claim to have or be forever barred therefrom; that Plaintiff's Lien be declared to be a valid upon said premises; that all liens be marshalled; that the equity of redemption of all Defendants be forever cut off, barred, and foreclosed; that upon the sale of said premises the proceeds, be paid to Plaintff to satisfy the amount of its existing lien and the interest, together with its disbursements, advancements, and cost herein expended; and for such other and further relief to which is may be entitled in equity or at law.
Defendants are further notified that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 9th day of January, 2013 which include twenty-eight (28) days from the last publishing, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
