The Plaintiffs seek an order declaring that James L. Donofrio is presumed to be deceased. The Probate Court will hear evidence relevant to the allegations in the Complaint on the third day of December, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. in the Probate Court of Mahoning County, located at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503.
