Young aka Jeffrey Young, Address Unknown, whose last known place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th day of September, 2012, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 12CV 2925 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Court, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street Youngstown OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jeffrey W. Young aka Jeffrey Young's Unknown Heirs Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, Address Unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jeffrey W. Young aka Jeffrey Young, Address Unknown have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Unit 70, of the Atlanta Condominium, together with the undivided interest in and to all common elements of said condominium, as set forth and described in the Delaration and By-Laws as recorded in Official Records Volume 4445, Page 223, Mahoning County Records, and the First Amendment thereto as recorded in Official Records Volume 5239, Page 1195, and the Second Amendment thereto as recorded in Official Records Volume 5387, Page 1238, and any amendments thereto, and as further shown by the drawings of said condominium as recorded in Volume 105 of Plats, Pages 122-128, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 70 Atlanta Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.
