FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
PLAINTIFF,
VS.
KIMBERLY S. LORENT, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Kimberly S. Lorent and John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Kimberly S. Lorent, whose last known address is 17438 Lynfield Road, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Kimberly S. Lorent, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 14th day of May, 2012, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 12CV 1444 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 129 East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5323, Page 1115, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-119-0-163.000
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2012, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
