To: Doreen Clardy, whose last known place of residence is 632 Liberty Road, Youngstown, OH 44505; 12401 Northlake Heights Circle NE, Atlanta, GA 30345 and 2533 Emma Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouse and Creditors of Doreen Clardy, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 28th day of September, 2012, the Plainitff, JPMorgan Chase, N.A., as successor by merger to Bank One, N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 3039, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $79,400.65 plus interest at 8.90% per annum from August 15, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 632 Liberty Rd., Youngstown, OH 44505, being Permanent Parcel Numbers 53-220-0-002.020, 53-220-0-002.001, and 53-220-0-002.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 27th day of November, 2012.
