To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Edward Leo Neubecker, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, Edward Neubecker, whose last known place of residence is 64 Galluppi Lane, Lowellville, OH 44436 each of you will take notice that on the 26th day of June, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 1973, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $41,043.24 plus interest at 4.25% (variable) per annum from July 9, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 678 12th St., Campbell, OH 44405, being permanent parcel number PPN: 46-011-0-199.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in the payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 11th day of December, 2012.
