Damien Lieggi, whose last known address is 2963 Oak Street Ext., Youngstown, OH 44505 and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Damien Lieggi, whose last known address is 2963 Oak Street Ext, Youngstown, OH 44505, will take notice that on the 31st day of May, 2012, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 12CV 1660. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
