Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of the Estate of Sheryll L. Watterson, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of the Estate of Sheryll L. Watterson, will take notice that on the 16th day of July, 2012, Midfirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 12CV 2162. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
