Doer Associates, Inc., shall take notice that on the 9th day of July, 2012, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Answer with Counterclaim and Cross-Claim in Case No. 09CV 4607 in the Court of Common Pleas to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2273 Clyde Street, Poland, Ohio 44514

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 35-004-0-025.000

The prayer of the Answer with Counterclaim and Cross-Claim is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy American Tax Funding, LLC's liens. American Tax Funding, LLC further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that American Tax Funding, LLC's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer American Tax Funding, LLC's Answer with Counterclaim and Cross-Claim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of May, 2013. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Answer with Counterclaim and Cross-Claim.
