Saulsberry (if any), will take notice that on the 16th day of December, 2011, The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-SEA2, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 11CV 3983. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
