To: Norma Kasten, whose last known places of residence 325 Woodbine Avenue, Struthers, OH 44471 and 1699 Nova Lane, Youngstown, OH 44514 and John Doe, name unknown, unknown spouse of Norma Kasten, whose last known places of residence is 325 Woodbine Avenue, Struthers, OH 44471 and 1699 Nova Lane, Youngstown, OH 44514 each of you will take notice that on the 22nd day of December, 2011, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 4030, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $70,308.89 plus interest at 3.00% (variable) per annum from May 5, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1699 Nova Lane, Youngstown, OH 44514;
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 31-021-0-111.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 5th day of June, 2012.
