Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrator, Assignees, if any, of the Estate of Bettie D. Bokesch and the Unknown Spouse of Bettie Bokesch, will take notice that on the 17th day of January, 2012, Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, ND, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 12CV 148 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint and/or Amended Complaint is to foreclose upon Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 376-A in Wickliffe Annex, a subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township, Great Lot No. 9, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 5 and 6, of Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot No. 376-A has a frontage of 45 feet on the east line of Forest Hill Drive and extends back on its north line 140 feet and its south line 140 feet, and has a rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Deftendants named above are required to answer the complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 3rd day of May, 2012.
