Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Paul Allen Czombos aka Paul A. Czombos Address Unknown whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of April, 2011, The Huntington National Bank, successor in interest by merger to Sky Bank, successor in interest by merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, filed its Complaint in Case No. 11CV 1125 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Paul Allen Czombos aka Paul A. Czombos Address Unknown have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Sub Lot 1018 in a replat of Highland Park Plat No. 17, a re-subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 59 of Maps, Page 53 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Sub Lot No. 1018 has a frontage of 84 feet on the northerly side of Nottingham Avenue, and extends back between parallel lines 168 feet on the easterly line, 168 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 84 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said property is further known as being 3912 Nottingham Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, for street numbering purposes.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of May, 2012.
