Sellers, whose last known address is 1662 Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44514, will take notice that on the 28th day of December, 2011, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 11CV 4065. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
