To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of William M. Evans, aka William M. Evans, Sr., whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 26th day of January, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 251, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $49,996.44 plus interest at 7.84% per annum from September 10, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Note and Mortgage, on a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property,

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-101-0-006.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absoluted.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, the foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an answer on or before the 21st day of March, 2012.
