Defendants, MaryAnn Groves and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of MaryAnn Groves, whose last known address is 32 South Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of MaryAnn Groves, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on the 10th day of November, 2011, RBS Citizens, N.A., Successor by Merger with Charter One Bank, N.A., fka, Charter One Bank, F.S.B., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 11CV 3642, alleging that the Defendant, MaryAnn Groves, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of MaryAnn Groves And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of MaryAnn Groves, Deceased, have or claim to have on interest in the real estate described below:
PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 32 South Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 53-169-0-062.000.
The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory notice, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer or set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plantiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of March, 2011.
