Wall, whose last known address is 4645 New Road, Austintown Township, OH 44515, will take notice that on the 20th day of December, 2011, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 11CV 4000.
