Corey Newkirk, whose last known address is 152 Hardwood Drive, Columbia, SC 29229 and Shavonne Newkirk, whose last known address is 152 Hardwood Drive, Columbia, SC 29229, will take notice that on the 6th day of October, 2011, The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 11CV 3277. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
