Roberto Gomez, whose last known address is 9823 Barley Club, Apt. 2, Orlando, FL 32837 and Jane Doe, Spouse of Roberto Gomez, If Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 9823 Barley Club, Apt. 2, Orlando, FL 32837 and whose residences are unknown and if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of October, 2011, The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-13CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-13CB filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 11CV 3340 in said Court against Roberto Gomez, et al praying for judgment of $101,336.26 with interest at the rate of 5.875% per annum from August 1, 2009 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 6th day of March, 2012, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
