Jack and Goldie Hoffman, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 9th day of September, 2011, Plaintiff, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 11CV 3023 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 52294 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sublot No. 19 in the Gray Homestead Plat, a subdivision of a part of Great Lot No. 6 of the original survey of Coitsville Township, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 59, Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said City Lot Number 52294 is irregular in shape, having a frontage of 40 feet on the southwesterly line of Liberty Road, and extends back therefrom on the southerly line and southeasterly line a distance of 140.13 feet, and on the northerly and northwesterly line a distance of 122.23 feet and is 35.9 feet wide in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Further described as being located on the southwesterly side of Liberty Road between Cornelia Avenue and Bott Avenue.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 52295 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sublot No. 20 in the Gray Homestead Plat, a subdivision of a part of Great Lot No. 6 of the original survey of Coitsville Township, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 59, Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said City Lot Number 52295 is irregular in shape, having a frontage of 40 feet on the southwesterly line of Liberty Road, and extends back therefrom on the southerly line and southeasterly line a distance of 162.3 feet, and on the northerly and northwesterly line a distance of 144.54 feet and is 35.9 feet wide in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Further described as being located on the southwesterly side of Liberty Road between Cornelia Avenue and Bott Avenue.

Said City Lot Number 52296 is irregular in shape, having a frontage of 40 feet on the southwesterly line of Liberty Road, and extends back therefrom on the southerly line and southeasterly line a distance of 144.59 feet, and on the northerly and northwesterly line a distance of 120.74 feet and is 35.9 feet wide in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Further described as being located on the southwesterly side of Liberty Road between Cornelia Avenue and Bott Avenue.

Said City Lot Number 52297 is irregular in shape, having a frontage of 26.2 feet on the southwesterly line of Liberty Road, and extends back therefrom on the southerly line and southeasterly line a distance of 120.74 feet, and on the northerly line, which is also the southerly line of Bott Avenue, a distance of 108.8 feet and is 50 feet wide in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Further described as being located on the southwesterly corner of Bott Avenue and Liberty Road.

Beginning at a point at the northwest corner of City Lot No. 52291; thence westerly along the rear line of lots fronting on Bott Street, a distance of 345 feet to a point in the center line of proposed street; thence southerly along the center line of said proposed street a distance of 145 feet to a point in the center line of Cornelia Avenue, prolongated westerly; thence easterly along the prolongation center line of said Cornelia Avenue, a distance of 345 feet to a point in the westerly terminus of Cornelia Avenue, as now platted, thence northerly along the westerly terminus of Cornelia Avenue and the westerly line of City Lot No 52291 a distance of 145 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, restrictions and reservations of record.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 52329 according to the latest enumerations of lots in said City, in Gray Homestead Plat, a subdivision of a part of Coitsville Township Great Lot No. 6, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 21, Page 59, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plantiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, answer day being the 28th day of February, 2012. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
