Beitzel, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 25th day of August, 2011, the undersigned, JPMorgan Chase Bank NA Successor by Merger to Bank One NA, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 2857, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $55,072.46 plus interest at the rate of 7.2500% per annum from November 15, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promisory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property:

Which has a street address of 25 Prospect Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 38-010-0-134.000, 38-010-0-135.000, 38-010-0-136.000, 38-010-0-137.000, 38-010-0-138.000 and 38-010-0-139.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become adsolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of April, 2012.
