To: Indian Run Condominium Association, Inc., whose last known places of business C/O George David, Statutory Agent 3760 Indian Run #4, Canfield, OH 44406; c/o George David, Statutory Agent and 3761 Indian Run #4, Canfield, OH 44406, you will take notice that on the 27th day of June, 2011, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 2087, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $62,376.29 plus interest at the rate of 6.625% per annum from February 1, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property

which has a street address of 3649 Indian Run Drive Unit 5, Canfield, OH 44406

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 26-065-0-044.050

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of January, 2012.
