To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Mildred I. Ferrell, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 16th day of November, 2011, Plaintiff, Keybank, National Association, fka Society National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 3702, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $26,966.21 plus interest at the rate of 4.50% (variable) per annum from April 7, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the on the real property:

which has a street address of 3785 Bryant Drive, Youngstown, OH 44511

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-005-0-149.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of January, 2012.
