King, whose last known address is 315 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507, will take notice that on the 28th day of September, 2011, MidFirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 11CV 3214. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
