Warren H. Hamilton, aka Warren Henry Hamilton whose last known address is 137 N. Navarre Ave., Youngstown, OH 44515 and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of October, 2011, CitiMortgage, Inc., successor by merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 11CV 3423 in said Court against Warren H. Hamilton aka Warren Henry Hamilton, et al praying for Judgment of $40,274.32 with interest at the rate of 7.75 % per annum from May 1, 2011, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-023-0-237.000

STREET ADDRESS: 137 N. Navarre Ave., Youngstown, OH 44515.

and that Defendants, be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from is rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 3rd day of January, 2012, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
