Eddie Givens, whose last known place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of January, 2011, Joseph V. Murray filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 11CV 128 on the docket of said Court, alleging that on or about February 8, 2011, Plaintiff, Joseph V. Murray, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Evelyn Avenue in the Township of Austintown, when the Defendent, Eddie Givens, negligently operated his automobile, owned by Defendant Brian T. Marshall, and failed to keep an assured clear distance ahead, striking another vehicle in the rear, thus causing injury to Joseph V. Murray. Plaintiff, Joseph V. Murray, demands judgment against the Defendants, Eddie Givens and Brian T. Marshall for money damages in an amount in excess of twenty five thousand dollars, plus interest and costs of this action.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of January, 2012.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
