DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Dwight L. Kimbrough, now deceased, all of whose places of residences are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 8th day of September, 2011. The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 11CV 3003 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $30,046.13, with accrued interest from March 31, 2011 in the amount of $777.23 and interest accruing at the rate of 6.250 % per annum from August 30, 2011, upon a certain obligation signed by, Dwight L. Kimbrough now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises.

Situtated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being all of Lot No. 38421, and the westerly one half of City Lot No. 38422, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin set on the northerly line of Miller Avenue and at the southesterly corner of City Lot No. 38420; thence easterly along the northerly line of Miller Avenue a distance of 60 feet to an iron pin; thence northerly on a line parallel with the easterly line of said Lot No. 38420, a distance of 120 feet to an iron pin; thence westerly and parallel with the northerly line of Miller Avenue a distance of 60 feet to an iron pin; thence southerly along the easterly line of Lot No. 38420, a distance of 120 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
