N. A. Harris Developers, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 9th day of September, 2011, Plaintiff, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 11CV 3021 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1516, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the northerly side of Liberty Road with the westerly line of Youngstown City Lot Numer 60771; thence northerly along the westerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60771 a distance of about 137.89 feet to the true place of beginning; thence westerly along the northerly lines of Youngstown City Lot Numbers 60770, 60769, 60767, a distance of 285.22 feet to the intersection thereof with the easterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60333; thence northerly along the easterly line of Youngstown City Number 60333 and Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1517, and Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1518 a distance of about 1587.79 feet to the intersection thereof with the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60772; thence northeasterly along the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60772 a distance of about 72.47 feet to the intersectioin thereof with the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60773; thence easterly along the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60773 a distance of about 80 feet to the intersection thereof with the westerly side of a 50 foot strip reserved for street as shown by the plat of Watkins Subdivision No. 1; thence northerly along the westerly side of above mentioned street reservation a distance of about 95 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet to a point on the southerly side of Mariner Avenue; thence easterly along the southerly side of Mariner Avenue an undetermined distance to a point on the southerly side of Mariner Avenue; thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet to a point on the easterly side of above mentioned street reservation; thence southerly along the easterly side of said street reservation a distance of about 95 feet to the intersection thereof with the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60774; thence easterly along the southerly line of said Youngstown City Lot Number 60774 a distance of about 80 feet to the intersection thereof with the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60775; thence southeasterly along the southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60775 a distance of about 73.07 feet to the intersection thereof with the westerly line of Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1515; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1515 a distance of about 1539.87 feet to the intersection thereof with the northerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60771; thence westerly along the northerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 60771 a distance of about 60.57 feet to the true place of beginning, containing about 12.46 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answerd and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendant, is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of December, 2011. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Compalint.
