The Defendant, Beacon Broadcasting Inc., but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on 16th day of September, 2011, the Plaintiff, The Bank Of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-12, filed its Complaint in Case No. 11CV 3099, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 164 Griswold Drive, Youngstown, OH 44512, Permanent Parcel No. 29-064-0-201.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Beacon Broadcasting Inc., are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, Answer day being the 21st day of December, 2011. In the event that the Defendants, Beacon Broadcasting Inc., failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of December, 2011.
