Virginia Mulholland, aka Virginia R. Mulholland's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia Mulholland, aka Virginia R. Muholland, Unknown Address, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 12th day of October, 2011, The Huntington National Bank, as successor-in-interest by merger to Sky Bank, as successor-in-interest by merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, as successor-in-interest by merger to The Trumbull Savings and Loan Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 11CV 3320 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Virginia Mulholland, aka Virginia R. Mulholland's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia Mulholland aka Virginia R. Mulholland Unknown Address, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

The following described parcel of real estate situtated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty Thousand One Hundred Forty-two (20142) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 96, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot No. 20142 has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the east line of Winchester Avenue, and extends back on it north line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on its south line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more of less, but subject to all legal highways.
