To: Audrey Bartley, whose last known place of residence is 1548 Jersey Street, Lake Milton, OH 44429-9635 The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Audrey Bartley, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 22nd day of April, 2011, the undersigned, Metlife Home Loans, a Division of Metlife Bank N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2011CV 1272, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $94,066.03 plus interest at 5.56% per annum from December 22, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1548 Jersey Street, Lake Milton, OH 44429

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 33-035-0-114.000, 33-035-0-115.000, 33-035-0-116.000 and 33-035-0-117.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 1st day of December, 2011.
