To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of the Estate of Betty Jean Lint, aka Betty J. Lint, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 1st day of September, 2011, the undersigned, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Bank One, N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 2935, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $21,351.78 plus interest at 3.650% (variable) per annum from February 15, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 7164 Youngstown Pittsburgh Road, Poland, OH 44514, being permanent Parcel Numbers PPNS 35-031-0-019.000 & 35-031-0-020.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 22nd day of November, 2011.
