To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Lucille R. DeLost, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 1st day of September, 2011, the Plaintiff, PNC Bank, N.A., successor by merger to National City Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 2932, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $37,902.62 plus interest at 6.7500% per annum from November 6, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Note and Mortgage, on a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property,

Which has a street address of 386 Wilson Street, Struthers, OH 44471

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-014-0-329.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditioins of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 26th day of October, 2011.
