Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Gertrude Amrhein, and the guardians of minor and or incompetent heirs of Gertrude Amrhein, will take notice that on the 8th day of July, 2011, The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2004-36CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-36CB, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 11CV 2229. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
