To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Jimmy Jones, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 20th day of June, 2011, Plaintff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank Mortgage Loan Department, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Casse No. 11CV 2003, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $76,359.49 plus interest at 2.00000% per annum from February 1, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property

Known for street numbering purposes as 4844 Cooper Road, Lowellville, OH 44436

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 42-054-0-029.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 20th day of October, 2011.
