Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number 110 in Woodland Trace Plat Number 1, as recorded in Volume 63 of Plats, Page 77, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 80 feet on the Easterly line of Elm Trace Street and extends back on its Northerly line 150 feet, and on its Southerly line 150 feet, having a rear line of 80 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
