Pasqua Mineo and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Pasqua Mineo, whose last place of residence is unknown, and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th day of November, 2010, The Huntington National Bank, successor in interest by merger to Sky Bank, successor in interest by merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 4350 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Pasqua Mineo and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Pasqua Mineo have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number Thirty-three (33) in Greenbriar Plat No. 1 as recorded in Volume 44 of Plats, Page 50, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Ninety (90) feet on the east line of Birchwood Drive and extends back on its north line, which is a broken line of two courses, One Hundred Sixty-seven and twenty three hundredths (167.23) feet, and on its south line One Hundred Fifty-eight and eighty-six hundredths (158.86) feet, having a rear line of Sixty-eight and eighty-nine hundredths (68.89) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
