To: Antonio A. Nigro, aka Antonio Nigro, whose last known place of residence is 3045 South Meridian Road, Youngstown, OH 44511, Jane Doe, name unknown, Unknown Spouse of Antonio A. Nigro, aka Antonio Nigro, whose last known place of residence was 3045 South Meridian Road, Youngstown, OH 44511 each of you will take notice that on the 18th day of May, 2011, Plaintiff, PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 1564, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $45,067.18 plus interest at 5.890% per annum from September 29, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3045 South Meridian Road, Youngstown, OH 44511, being permanent parcel number Parcel Numbers 53-152-0-097.00 & 53-152-0-098.00.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 21st day of September, 2011.
