Lance Leonard Schaefnocker, aka Lance Schaefnocker's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last known place of residence is unknown, and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of June, 2011, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of January 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-NC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 11CV 1861 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging Defendents, Lance Leonard Scheafnocker aka Lance Scheafnocker's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 681 in Kimberly Acres Plat No. 10, which plat is found recorded in Volume 47, page 40, Mahoning County Records of Plats. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
