Defendants, Dianna L. Klaas, aka Dianna L. Bandy and Joe Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dianna L. Klaas, aka, Dianna L. Bandy, whose last known address is 18190 Route 62, Beloit, OH 44609, will take notice that on the 24th day of February, 2011, RBS Citizens NA fka Citizens Bank NA sbm to Charter One Bank NA, filed its Complaint in Case Number 11CV 581, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Dianna L. Klaas, aka Dianna L. Bandy and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dianna L. Klaas, aka Dianna L. Bandy, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Known for street numbering purposes as 18190 RT 62, Beloit, Ohio 44609

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 16-058-0-010.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 9th day of September, 2011.
