Travis D. Johnson, aka Travis Dale Johnson, whose last known address is 17580 Redwood Rd., Lake Milton, OH 44429 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of May, 2011, CitiFinancial, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 11CV 1609 in said Court against Travis D. Johnson, aka Travis Dale Johnson, et al praying for judgment of $60,601.49 with interest at the rate of 8.9172% per annum from November 10, 2010 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 7th day of September, 2011, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
