To: Margie T. Basista, aka Margie Basista, whose last known place of residence is 67 West Lewis Street, Struthers, OH 44471, John Doe, name unknown and Unknown Spouse of Margie T. Basista, aka Margie Basista, whose last known place of residence is 67 West Lewis Street, Struthers, OH 44471 each of you will take notice that on the 17th day of February, 2011, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 487, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $63,999.41 plus interest at the rate of 5.75000% (variable) per annum from August 16, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 67 West Lewis Street, Struthers, OH 44471, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 38-011-0-043.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in the payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 9th day of August, 2011.
