DEFENDANTS.
To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of John W. Mack, Jr., aka John Mack, Jr., whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 6th day of June, 2011, Plaintiff, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 1815, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $59,969.26 plus interest at the rate of 3.850% per annum from November 15, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 7374 North Lima Road, Poland, OH 44514, being permanent parcel number Parcel No. 35-032-0-074.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barried from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
The Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 5th day of August, 2011.
