The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Michael H. Williams, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 18th day of May, 2011, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 11CV 1573 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $14,055.08, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, together with accrued interest from October 31, 2010, in the amount of $511.34 and interest accruing at the rate of 7.75% per annum from April 20, 2011, upon a certain obligation signed by, Michael H. Williams now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City of Lot No. 18302 in W. J. Williams and The Realty Guarantee and Trust Co., Plat as shown by Plat Volume 13, Page 25 of Mahoning County Records.
