Defendant, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Cristina Garay, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio will take notice that on the 17th day of February, 2011, Plaintiff, Jack Rabbit, LLC filed a Foreclosure Complaint to Transfer and Vest Title in a Tax Certificate Holder pursuant to Revised Code Section 5721.37(F) naming him as a Defendant, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being Case No. 11CV 524 in said Court, to foreclose the tax lien certificate and the transfer of real estate title. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Notice of Intent to Foreclose and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-026-0-138.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1116 E. High, Lot 3186.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-026-0-139.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: E. High, Lot 3187.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's tax lien certificate be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and vested in Plaintiff.

If the sheriff's sale is cancelled due to inclement weather or other county emergency, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 7th day of July, 2011.
