Testa, aka Virginia Mae Testa, whose last known place of residence is 2806 Bainbridge Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511-1912; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Virginia M. Testa, aka Virginia Mae Testa, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 2nd day of May, 2011, Plaintiff, PNC Bank, N.A., successor by Merger to National City Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 11CV 1359, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $61,676.00 plus interest at the rate of 7.54% per annum from June 15, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property

Which has a street address of 2806 Bainbridge Street, Youngstown, OH 44511

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-002-0-175.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 13th day of July, 2011.
