Steve Vavlas, aka Steven Vavlas, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 4th day of October, 2010, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 3761 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging Steve Vavlas aka Steven Vavlas have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 5457 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 30 of Plats, Page 132, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the south line of Robinson Road and extends back on its west line 150 feet, and on its east line 150 feet, having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 487 Robinson Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405.
