Carmella Butryn, whose last known place of residence is 2915 Highland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514-2446, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Carmella Butryn, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 13th day of December, 2010, Plaintiff, Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC A Delaware Limited Liability Company, filed a Supplemental Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 4629, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $134,765.92 plus accrued interest of $2,235.25, plus interest at 24.0% (variable) per annum from June 1, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 5313 South Avenue, Boardman, OH 44512, being permanent parcel number PPN: 29-021-0-228.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

The Defendant is required to answer on or before the 7th day of June, 2011.
