The Defendant, PONDEROSA PARK RESORTS, Inc., whose last known address is 4701 Von Karmen, 3rd Floor, Newport Beach, CA 92660-2161, and whose current address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 24th day of September, 2010, the Plaintiff, LISA A. ANTONINI, Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, the same being Case No. 10CV 3661, and naming PONDEROSA PARK RESORT, INC., as a party Defendant therein. The Complaint seeks the sale of real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes, assessements, penalties, interest, charges and costs. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is located in Goshen Township, Mahoning County, Ohio

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 13-001-0-012.010 & 13-001-0-014.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 11471 Western Reserve Road, Salem, OH 44460.

The Complaint asks that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises. The Complaint further requests that the equity of redemption of said real estate be foreclosed and that the property be sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The Complaint further requires all the named Defendants answer and set up their interest in the said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same. PONDEROSA PARK RESORT, Inc. will take notice that it has been named a party Defendant in said case and that it is required to answer on or before the 4th day of May, 2011.
