To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Marjorie Ann Ciavarella, Deceased, whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 7th day of December, 2010, Plaintiff The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 4580, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $49,225.90 plus interest at 7.24000% per annum from May 8, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1674 Wakefield Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44514, being permanent parcel number PPN: 53-192-0-166.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 4th day of May, 2011.
